As part of a court settlement, the Trump administration said it would  health agency webpages and datasets that employees removed to adhere to executive orders on diversity, equity and inclusion and gender identity. The restored webpages will reflect how they appeared online on Jan. 29, 2025. Health and Human Services also will include a statement posted on the restored pages saying, “Information on this page may be modified and/or removed in the future subject to the terms of the court’s order and implemented with applicable law.” (Axios , 9/2/25)
