AONL urges the department to explicitly include post-baccalaureate nursing degree programs - Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Ph.D. in Nursing within the definition of "professional degree" programs.
June 24, 2025 AONL Supports the States Handling Access to Reciprocity Employment (SHARE) Act
A bill was introduced to clarify inconsistent interpretations of criminal background checks to streamline nurse licensure processes across states. AONL sent a letter of support to the House and Senate bill sponsors.
