The American 杏吧原创 for Nursing Leadership membership elected to its board of directors, serving two-year and three-year terms beginning Jan. 1, 2023, are the following:
- Joy Parchment, PhD, RN, nursing faculty, University of Central Florida, Orlando
- Rachel Culpepper, DNP, RN, general medicine service line director, Indiana University (Avon) Health West Hospital
- Christi Nguyen, DNP, RN, associate chief nursing officer of nurse excellence, UT Southwestern, Dallas
- Sylvain 鈥淪yl鈥 Trepanier, DNP, RN, system chief nursing officer, Providence, Renton, Wash.

As the national professional organization of more than 12,000 nurse leaders, the American 杏吧原创 for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is the voice of nursing leadership.
